Ongoing service is all about the relationship you have with our business

Receiving financial advice is only the first step towards financial independence.  The key to the success of the advice we provide is through ongoing support and guidance.

At the end of our advice process, we will extend an offer to meet with you personally on a regular basis to formally review your situation and the continued appropriateness of the advice given.

Every client’s situation is different, which is why we have an established process to ensure we deliver the best outcome for your individual needs:

  • 1 Meet for a no obligation consultation where we will discuss our services and determine if they will benefit you.
  • 2 Upon mutual agreement that we can be of assistance in helping you reach your goals and objectives, the next step will be to collect more information about your personal and financial situation.
  • 3 During our conversations, we will help you identify and prioritise your goals and objectives.
  • 4 We will consider the best options to achieve your goals and objectives before providing written recommendations in a Statement of Advice.
  • 5 We will spend time discussing our recommendations, emphasising the benefits and implications of our advice in a clear and concise manner.
  • 6 If you are happy to proceed, we will manage the implementation of our recommendations, keeping you up to date throughout the whole process.
  • 7 To ensure that you remain on track, we will agree to regular meetings to review your current position, needs and objectives.

Wealth Creation and Management

The road to financial independence begins by setting clear goals and making a start to achieve them. Your financial planner can look at the following areas in order to build your wealth:
